We set off on Monday for Chester Le Street, we took a roundabout route via Robin Hoods Bay for lunch, then on to Ormesby Hall and their magnificent model train layout ending up at a very unusual hotel, Lumley Castle. What a great place to stay, really old and very quirky, guaranteed to get you lost within the walls. Staff were excellent as was the service.
